Leaving for DC on Wed!

Home school field trip!! We are going to see the national zoo, smithsonian museums, white house and national monuments.

I was recently told that homeschooled kids "miss out" on all the stuff PS students experiance.
While that persons child is reading about the white house and hope diamond in a textbook, my kids will be standing on the south lawn, and seeing everything in person. Whos missing out!!!

    OMG!!! Chy is going to have so much fun!!! Christion and Blake LOVED DC!!! They totally remember everything from the steps of the lincoln memorial to the dinosaur bones and the national zoo is AMAZING... you can get so close to the animals... the exhibits are all clean!!!
